I wanted to like this place because the atmosphere was nice and it seemed like a good choice. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but the service just kept changing throughout the visit. At times it was friendly and attentive, then other times it felt like we were kind of forgotten. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but when you’re paying to go out, you do expect a little consistency

I thought the beach would be the highlight of the stay, but it ended up being the part that frustrated me the most. Getting there felt more confusing than it needed to be, and the access wasn’t exactly easy or clearly marked. The beach itself was okay, I guess, and I can see how some people might enjoy it, but for me it didn’t really feel worth the hassle. At the same time, I don’t want to say the whole place was terrible, because there were a few nice moments. Still, for the price, I expected more and probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to come back.

I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but the room just didn’t feel very comfortable or clean to me. The bed felt kind of old, there was a musty smell when I walked in, and the bathroom didn’t seem like it had been cleaned very well. I kept wondering if I was being too picky, but i barely slept and left feeling disappointed.

The check-in and check-out process really put me off. I’ll admit I have very little patience for disorganized front desks, so maybe I’m a bit biased, but it felt like nobody really knew what was happening. Check-in dragged on, and then check-out was just more waiting around with no clear answers. Definitely not the smooth experience I was expecting.

I expected a lot more space for what we paid. The suite felt cramped and the layout was just awkward, with furniture kind of in the way everywhere and barely enough room to move around comfortably. Even the bathroom felt tight. We mentioned it, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or do anything about it. Overall, it just didn’t feel comfortable or worth the price for us.

I was checking out sevenstarsgracebay.com because I was interested in booking, but I didnt feel that comfortable using the site. A few things felt a bit unclear, and I couldnt find enough straightforward info about secure payment or how they handle personal data.
Maybe its all fine, but when a hotel site is asking for my details and card info, I want everything to feel really clear and trustworthy. In the end, I decided not to book because it just made me uneasy.

The airport transfer was disappointing. It was made to sound like it would be smooth and convenient, but I ended up waiting way too long. After a long trip, that’s the last thing you want, and it definitely gave me a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling

The cocktails tasted a bit weak and like they’d been thrown together quickly, even though somehow they still looked nice. We also waited way longer than expected, even when the place didn’t seem that busy. One bartender was genuinely friendly and helpful, so it wasn’t all bad, but a lot of the staff came across like they weren’t too interested. For the price, I expected more, though I guess if you’re not too picky it might be fine.

It felt kind of awkward instead of romantic. I guess I have a certain standard for what feels comfortable and special, and this just didn’t really match that for me.

The beach was definitely close, which I appreciated, but getting anywhere else on foot ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. It just didn’t feel that easy or convenient to walk around. Personally, I’d only stay here again if being near the beach was my main priority

We stayed at Seven Stars Grace Bay and had a really nice time. The rooms were clean, the beach is absolutely gorgeous, and most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Just a heads up for anyone planning a trip: food and drinks can add up quickly, so it’s worth building that into your budget before you go. It’s not the cheapest spot once you’re there, but compared with some of the other resorts in the area, I still felt like we got good value for the experience.

I expected the property to be kept up a lot better. The walkways were dirty, the plants looked overgrown, and the pool area just felt worn out and neglected. I also felt a bit pressured during my visit, which made the whole experience even less comfortable. Overall, it didn’t really match what I was expecting...

Just a heads up for anyone who needs internet during their stay, the Wi-Fi was a mess. It kept disconnecting over and over, and my calls kept failing, which got really frustrating fast. If you’re planning to work, take video calls, or rely on a stable connection, I’d be careful booking here...

I booked a massage at Seven Stars Grace Bay hoping for one of those peaceful, no-stress spa experiences, but it felt a little rushed right from the beginning. Check-in was smooth enough, just kind of flat, and I think I’m getting tired of paying premium prices and still having to lower my expectations for basic service.

The treatment room was clean and the therapist was pleasant, so it wasn’t a bad experience by any means. But the massage itself was average. I asked for firm pressure, and it stayed on the lighter side most of the time, which was disappointing since that was the main thing I wanted.

For what it cost, I expected it to feel more polished and special. I did relax a bit, but not enough to think it was worth booking again. It was okay, just not the kind of spa visit that makes you feel like you got your money’s worth

I could tell quickly the concierge wasn’t going to be much help. They were hard to get ahold of, and when we asked about excursions, the advice felt useless. We ended up figuring most of it out ourselves, which was frustrating. Definitely not what I expected...
